Balance Payment -3rd Annual D1 East Coast Spring National Championships

Thank you for registering for the 3rd Annual D1 East Coast Spring National Championships @ Pro Football Hall of Fame.   

Here is some information to enhance your experience @ECSNC 

1.  Final Balances are due June 23rd.  Please use this form to submitt your payment

2.  Rosters must be in by June 23rd.   If you want to upload your rosters , we can send you a D1 Team Book for your parents to fill out and this will be used for verification.  Email request to d1nationmarketing@gmail.com

3.  Schedule ,and team list will be posted on this link - click here 

4. We will have Zoom Call to release the schedule June 24th

 

Refund Policy:

By signing below , you acknowledge that the $100 lock-in fee is non-refundable.  Your balance ($300.00)  will be due no later than June 23. 

Teams who have paid in full may cancel prior to the schedule being made.  The canceling team will only recieve the full refund minus the $100 lock-in fee, which is non-refundable

Refunds will only be issued should the event be canceled for any reason.
