Check In will be held at the Riley Co. Courthouse Plaza at 100 Courthouse Plaza beginning at 3pm. Check in will end by 3:45 pm, all artists in the open division will need to bring their own supplies and set - Youth will be provided with a canvas but will need to bring their own paint supplies. Competition will begin promptly at 4pm - each artist will have 2 hours to complete their work.

All art work is required to be turned in by 6:25 pm for judging - Winners will be announced at 7pm on the Courthouse Plaza area.

DMI will monitor the weather closely and if needed make adjustments to the schedule and location at that time. All participants will be notified by email prior to the competition beginning.
