Mystical Herbal Alchemy - Alternative Plant Medicine Therapy

> Before deciding whether or not M.H.A is right for you, it is important that you the client overstand each person's role and expectations within the client/PMW relationship, and the purpose of plant medicine.

(Quite possibly a term that I made up as I've never encountered another that uses it.)

I define a Plant Medicine Worker as someone who is choosen to interact with nature. 

My Role as a Plant Medicine Worker means I get to:

• utilise my innate knowings and the gifts of nature to combine and formulate medicinal compounds that work in unison with the integrated systems encased in the human body.

 

• help individuals achieve their highest state of health and vitality, through the engagement of plant compounds, spiritual alignment and setting and achieving their own health and wellness goals.

 

•  specify which nature (herb|plant) is needed to communicate and restore optimum function within the human body. 

 

•  educate and encourage individuals to overstand the powers of plant medicine. 

 

Why a worker? Why not a healer?

We are all healers in our own right, and so it is my preference to refer to myself as a plant medicine worker and not a healer (when working outside of my own bodily system). 

 

The human body is spiritually and physically equipped with the vital programming and tools to heal, repair and balance itself. However this innate programming can very easily, become negatively impacted, when individuals adopt certain lifestyle habits that work against their innate process of self healing. If these counteracting lifestyle habits continue, some may find it harder to tap into their first nature, and therefore, it is paramount that they seek help from medical providers, such as doctors or alternative therapist like myself, who are able to step in and help initiate the healing process through different avenues. However, I should remind that it is the individual who ultimately decides whether or not the lifestyle choices they make, help the body in its effort to return to a healthy state or keep it furthest from.

 

My herbal practice is deeply rooted within my knowings, that the human body is a mystically engineered system that is innately programmed to survive and self heal. It is true that, in order to support the physical and spiritual body, one must play their part, and provide the proper nutrition (inclusive of land and sea vegetaion), adequate hydration (not confined to h20) and last but not least, intentionally develop and maintain the necessary attitudes to live a balanced lifestyle. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

> Mystical Herbal Alchemy otherwise known as M.H.A neither diagnose nor directly treat disease. Our focus is on the education of the population, and how to best enhance the bodies innate healing capacity, through plant medicine interaction. 

 

> M.H.A assures that all client records and all information gathered and discussed with you (the client) are held in strictest confidence, unless you (the client) specifically request otherwise. 

 

> We have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

 

> Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent and disease.

 

> Please note you will not find a vast library of herbs on the M.H.A website so if you require herbs that are not listed in any of the online stores please email mhahelpers@gmail.com with your request

 

> Client results will differ depending on what it is the individual body requires and communicates during the time of plant medicine interaction.

> Clients are able to request their private information and any herbal therapy suggested by M.H.A to be shared with the healthcare providers involved in their care. 

 

> It is the sole responsibility of the client to fully disclose any allergens, prescribed pharmaceutical or over the counter medications currently in use (or recently used), including dietary supplements and other herbsl supplements to ensure that you (the client) are given the best informed advice. 

 

> Mystical Herbal Alchemy accepts cash and most online payments methods. 

 

> Mystical Herbal Alchemy requires pre payment for all consultations and custom herbal therapy (CHT).

 

> All herbal consultations are fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled consultation. Persons who fail to keep consultation appointments will be charged 50% of the consultation fee if not cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled consultation.

 

> Clients are eligible to purchase M.H.A generic compounds, loose herbs and other herbal products via the Mystical Herbal Alchemy website or other sales channels (see links below) with or without prior consultation.

 

> Clients are not obligated to purchase herbs or herbal compounds following a consultation with Mystical Herbal Alchemy. 

 

> It is the duty of the client to inform M.H.A of any allergens before purchasing from M.H.A (face-to-face or online), as not all ingredients are detailed on product/compounds.

 

> You (the client), have all rights to respectfully decline the advice and recommendations provided during the consultation. 

 

> Client results will differ depending on what it is the individual body requires and communicates during the time of plant medicine interaction.

Traditional herbal works are shown throughout history spread across the many differing cultures, documenting through generational passdowns the successes of plant medicine as a healing | restorative agent, not only for the physical but also the spiritual and emotional body. Today we are fortunate to still encounter these traditions, that have been fortified through modern research, indicating that the herbs/plants used in such practices are not only successful in changing the body’s environment but can safely be used and administered by those willing to learn.

That being said, you (the client) have a duty of care to self, to ensure that you always take plant medicine as prescribed.

ATTENTION 

> Negative reactions may occur if plant medicine is used incorrectly.

> If you witness a (mild) negative reaction refrain from using plant medicine and consult with your herbal practitioner, doctor or pharmacist for advice as soon as possible.

> For severe reactions, stop immediately and seek emergency care.

> It is suggested that plant medicine be administered under the instructions of an expert, however you are well within your rights to utiluse at your own discretion and diligente nature.

> Herbs should not be used in pregnancy or lactation without expert advice. If you are to become pregnant, you should stop taking herbs until advice is received

I (the client) am willingly seeking health / herbal guidance and hereby attest to the following:

 

• I (the client) fully understand that Mystical Herbal Alchemy (M.H.A) is operated by a plant medicine worker/ certified herbalist, and does not claim to be / or act as a licensed medical professional.

 

• M.H.A neither diagnose nor directly treat disease. Instead their focus is on the re-education of the herbal useage within the population, and how to best enhance the bodies innate healing capacity, through plant medicine interaction. 

 

• Suggestions and treatments offered for individual well-being and are not intended to take the place of qualified professional medical care, including the diagnosed treatment of named diseases. (Please consult your medical care provider before using herbal medicine, particularly if you have a known medical condition) 

 

• I (the client) take full responsibility for my own health whilst using M.H.As services. I acknowledge the vast, complex nature of alternative therapy and agree to use it responsibly. 

 

• I (the client) overstand that each individual will interact and react differently to herbal medicine.

 

• I (the client) acknowledge that some herbal helpers are contraindicated with certain pharmaceutical drugs, and therefore are sometimes confused with harmful and/or deadly substances.  

 

• I (the client) agree that all nutritional supplements, herbs, extracts, remedies, etc. provided by M.H.A are taken at my own risk. I acknowledge such risks and take full responsibility for the reactions that I may/may not encounter whilst using any M.H.A compounds.

 

• As with any ingested substance, allergic reaction is a possibility in some individuals. I (the client) have disclosed the necessary information regarding allergies/sensitivities and, so are aware of the risks and consequences involved, if a negative reaction was to occur.

 

• I (the client) agree that I and my heirs, guardians, legal representatives and assigns will not make claim or file any action against Mystical Herbal Alchemy or any members of Mystical Herbal Alchemy for injury or damage resulting from negligence or other acts, whatsoever, caused in connection with services recieved.

 

• I (the client) also understand that Mystical Herbal Alchemy will not be held responsible for errors/ ingredients on the part of any manufacturer or supplier of products offered.

 

• I (the client) have carefully read and fully understood the content within this agreement. I the parent/guardian am aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between Mystical Herbal Alchemy and myself. I hereby give consent of my own free will.
