We understand that the cost for Spay / Neuters can be an unexpected one, and are excited that we can help with the "Florida Animal Friends Fund Grant". This grant is for those who are of low income or under difficult economic hardship.

To be able to qualify for the "Florida Animal Friends Fund Grant," we are required to collect some of your personal information and documentation. Make sure to fill out the form in its entirety and submit the required Ddocumentation. Once submitted, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours to review your application. We will contact you once the application is reviewed to inform you of the status or if we require any further information.

 

ITEMS COVERED UNDER FLORIDA ANIMAL FRIENDS FUND:

-Spays and Neuters

-Medication

-$2 towards Rabies

 ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER FLORIDA ANIMAL FRIENDS FUND:

-Pre-Adoption Steralization -Microchiping -Vaccines / HWT

-In Heat / Abnormality -Pregnancy -Chriptorchid / Hernias -Euthanasia

-Diagnostics  -Hospitalizations -Treatment -E-Collar / Surgical Suit

Documentation Needed

Please upload all the required documention for the "Florida Animal Friends Fund" Grant process. If you are unable to provide the required items you will not be approved.

-3 to 4 months of Bank statements

-Food Stamp card or documents -Medicare or Medicaid card

-Proof of disability -SSI Documention

- Medicare / Medicaide -Documentation for Homeless status
