National Night Out 2021

WHAT IS NATIONAL NIGHT OUT?

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Millions of neighbors participate in National Night Out across thousands of communities from all fifty states, U.S. territories and military bases worldwide on the first Tuesday in August. Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and various other community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, exhibits and much, much more.

This event brings out 1500+ people each year.

What should my business/organization know about National Night Out?

National Night Out is a family-friendly FREE event for our community. You are welcome to give out information about your business or your product and collect information from patrons (contest, etc), but NO SALES ARE PERMITTED. The goal of this event is to connect and have fun while showcasing your business to the local community. Consider providing a craft, game, raffle, drinks/food or etc.

We're thrilled to offer non-profits and agencies the opportunity to participate in National Night Out at no charge. To help us cover the event's expenses and ensure its continued success, we kindly ask you have it within your budget to consider making a contribution at the Community Donor level or any amount. Thank you for your consideration.

*Resturants offering a free bite to eat at NNO qualify for the free space. If bringing a game/other please choose vendor space.

Community Donor: Generous donations from our community make these events possible. Any additional contribution is greatly appreciated and helps us bring you even more!

Policies:

1. Weather: National Night Out is a nationwide event that is held rain or shine. There is no rain date. Fees will not be refunded for inclement weather.

2. Cancellation Policy: The fee is non-refundable.

3. Vendors are responsible for bringing their tables, chairs, tents, weights for tents, etc. We will provide you simply with a 10'x10' booth space.

4. No sales are permitted.
