🔥 SERVICE & SAFETY

I understand that permanent jewelry involves a quick, painless welding process using a micro welder. I acknowledge there is a very small risk of skin irritation or minor burns, and I accept that risk by choosing to get this service. I agree to follow all safety instructions and keep still during the weld.

 

⚠️ METAL SENSITIVITIES

I’ve reviewed the metal options and selected what works best for my skin. I understand it’s my responsibility to disclose any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. Beach Bling is not responsible for allergic reactions after the service.

 

❌MEDICAL DEVICES & CONDITIONS

For your safety, please let us know if you have any medical devices like a pacemaker, insulin pump, metal implant, or other internal device that could be affected by the welding process. While the risk is extremely low, your health and safety are our top priority. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, please check with your doctor before booking.

 

❌ REMOVALS & REFUNDS
Permanent jewelry can be removed with scissors or wire cutters at any time. I understand there are no refunds after removal or if I change my mind. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or canceled appointments.

 

📅 SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS

I understand that same-day appointments are not guaranteed. I will message Beach Bling first to confirm availability. Deposits are non-refundable even if we’re unable to accommodate a same-day request.

 

📷 PHOTOS + SOCIAL MEDIA

I’m cool with Beach Bling taking photos or videos during my appointment to be used for marketing or social media. If I don’t want to be photographed, I’ll let the artist know before we start. No hard feelings.

💛MINORS
Permanent jewelry services are available to minors age 13 and up, but a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment and sign this waiver on their behalf.

By signing below, you confirm that:

You are the parent or legal guardian of the minor receiving the jewelry
You understand the process and approve the service
You accept all risks and responsibilities on the minor’s behalf

Minors must be mature enough to sit still during the welding process, and Beach Bling reserves the right to decline the service if we feel it’s unsafe to proceed.
