2026 TEXSOM Conference Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the Texas Department of Agriculture at the 2026 TEXSOM Conference. By filling out this form you are reserving a space to pour your wines during an Expo Session time during the conference. 

 

This form will require you to do the following: 

1. Select an Expo time slot. Please only select one slot. 

2. Fill out winery representative information for on-site contact during the conference. 

3. Fill out information on the three wines that you will be delivering to the conference.

Reminder: Please only select ONE time slot per winery. 

EXPO Pouring Passes do not include seminars or lunches but do allow pass holders to access all EXPO tastings in all time slots on all days, as well as the Grand Tasting. EXPO Pouring Pass holders will receive an email with a link and a code tied to the email address entered below and must redeem the code using the link in order to obtain conference credentials and participate. This may be done at any time after receiving the email. Only ONE representative will be assigned this EXPO Pouring Pass. 

You will be required to enter the following information for each of the three bottles of wine that you will be bringing to the 2026 TEXSOM Conference. Based off past conferences, it is our recommendation to bring up to 3 of each wine that you will be pouring at the conference.
