Govern For America Pilot Participation
We’re exploring the launch of a small-scale training pilot in late 2025 or early 2026. The pilot would offer a virtual or hybrid learning experience for a limited group of public servants, with a focus on strengthening leadership skills, improving satisfaction, and supporting long-term retention. The training would be grounded in GFA’s core leadership competencies and designed to build capabilities relevant to navigating complexity, managing people and systems, and advancing equitable public impact. Participating agencies would also have opportunities to help shape the content and structure to ensure it fits real-world needs.
