Please join us for a TWO-DAY local artist & small business vendor market during ICT Bloktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 10-11th on St Francis adjoining the annual BLOKTOBERFEST happening at Naftzger Park.
The Market is FREE TO ATTEND & will run FRIDAY 4 PM - 9 PM and SATURDAY 11 AM till 6 PM. Vendors are invited to join us either one or the other days or both!

This curated vendor market is designed to highlight the finest handcrafted, upcycled, locally designed, curated or artistically embellished products. It’s the perfect setting to connect with customers, boost sales, and be part of the celebration!!
Vendor Space Options:
$60 for a 10' x 10' booth daily ($120 both days)
$100 for a 10' x 20' booth daily ($200 both days)

Important Details:
This is a juried event, and all applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a balanced variety of offerings. Upon review you will recieve an email confirming your participation in the event and promotional materials to start sharing and promoting this event. If your application is not selected you will be notified and issued a full refund.

What types of vendors are you accepting?
We are looking for regional artisans, makers, and entrepreneurs offering handcrafted, upcycled, or unique product offerings. Please note that no copyrighted materials will be allowed.
How will I know if I’m accepted?
After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Final acceptance notifications will be sent to secure your spot.
What’s the event-day vendor schedule like?
All accepted vendors will receive a detailed email one week before the event, including load-in times, parking information, and safety guidelines. No late set ups or early tear downs allowed.
Do I need to bring my own setup?
Yes, vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and display materials. Tents are highly recommended due to unpredictable weather and must be securely weighted for safety. Naftzger has artificial turf which cannot accomodate stakes. Vendors must bring and are responsible for properly securing tents with weights.
I am participating both days, can I leave items overnight? Yes, there is overnight security, however we can not ensure the safety of your items and recommend discretion what you choose to leave overnight. Our recommendation is to remove all product, collapse tables and lower tents over them in your booth space for quicker set up saturday morning.
Can I promote my participation?
Absolutely! Vendors are encouraged to share their attendance on social media. While we’ll promote the event and vendors, your audience will appreciate hearing directly from you.
Why is this a juried event?
To create a vibrant and diverse shopping experience, we carefully select vendors to ensure there is not too much overlap in product categories. This helps everyone succeed while offering customers an exciting variety of goods.
