Venue Rental Policies and Procedures
You will be responsible for all setup and cleanup of furniture and other equipment, and your setup and cleanup time are part of your full rental timeslot.
50% of the full rental fee we quote you will be due 30 days before the scheduled event. This is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date should you need to reschedule, or converted into store credit. The event fee must be paid in full prior to the event.
There is to be no glitter or confetti used for decorations, crafts, or outfits. Staff will ask for these items to be removed from the premises.
Absolutely no fish or seafood may be cooked or served at Loganberry Books.
There are to be no open flames (including for chafing dishes) or pyrotechnics.
**Loganberry staff are at the liberty to ask unruly and rowdy guests to leave at any time. We may also request that no alcohol be served past a certain time.
There is no smoking inside, on the sidewalk, or in the driveway of Loganberry Books.
Guests are responsible for the removal of all trash and recycling after the event.
Any items left from the event are subject to a 1-week hold, after which they will be discarded or donated.
