We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed, including professional tax software. This is a flexible, remote 1099 position, perfect for those looking for a dynamic opportunity to make an impact during tax season and beyond!
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare accurate individual tax returns using our easy-to-learn software (don’t worry, we’ve got training covered!)
Review client financial information and ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
Deliver top-notch customer service, answering client questions and offering guidance throughout the tax preparation process.
Safeguard sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
PTIN Required (Don't have one yet? We’ll guide you through the process to obtain your Preparer Tax Identification Number)
Strong attention to detail (we love people who can spot the little things!)
Basic math and computer skills (if you can use a calculator and a computer, you’re golden)
Excellent communication skills (you’ll be chatting with clients, so being friendly and clear is key!)
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home (you’re the boss of your day)
Reliable and trustworthy (you’ll be handling sensitive financial data – we need people we can count on!)
