Terms and Conditions Contract
Makeup appointments can be booked via makeupbyjacquelyn@setmore.com or through the appointment form. Service fees are charged per client and can be paid online upfront or in person at the appointment. Payments through Setmore integrate with Stripe. Additional in-person payment options include PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App and cash money.Tips are optional. A $5 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours payable via PayPal, Venmo, Stripe as stated above. A 50% non-negotiable booking retainer for a guaranteed time slot is required at the time of booking online. This mandatory amount covers the availability fee and is deducted from the final payment. Deposits are non-refundable for client cancellations or rescheduling, though online service fees will be refunded. Traveling fee is $15 if you’re located outside of SW OKC area. In case of a makeup artist's emergency cancellation, both the deposit and final payment will be refunded. Thanks for understanding my terms and conditions.
