UCS Values Recognition Nomination Form

Our community values are at the heart of everything we do. We believe they support a positive and inclusive culture which inspires opportunities for successful and collaborative working. As company ambassadors, our employees are expected to collectively and individually uphold our core values and their underpinning behaviours each and every day through their actions, attitudes, and performance.

This form is to be completed by anyone who would like to nominate a member of staff for a UCS Values Recognition. A nomination can be made by anyone at any time if they feel someone is deserving and that they display the nominated values in their work. Please see below the different awards that can be obtained and examples of the criteria for obtaining them. Those who are nominated will receive an enamel pin badge to fix to their lanyard that displays the relevent value they have been recognised for.
