  • Based on the number of classes, we would recommend you plan for {daysBased80} days for your trips. Based on the number of students, we would recommend {daysBased} days. Our program coordinator will work with you to finalize the number of days based on these recommendations.

  • Based on the estimated number of students, your trip will cost approximately ${minimumGrade} for the traditional field trip or ${costFor} for the Reflective Lab (if applicable). Note that the minimum cost per field trip day is $350.

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Based on your selection, we anticipate that your field trip will cost ${minimumGrade}, in addition to any busing costs you will incur. This cost is just an estimate and may change. An invoice will be sent in advance of the trip with more cost details.

  • The MESS Hall will accept payment in many forms, including cash, check, or credit card. Frequently we are asked to send an invoice. To reduce confusion and make the payment process as seemless as possible, please provide the email for the school bookkeeper to whom any invoices should be sent. (We will not send an invoice at this time--this is for our records as the program approaches.)
