*Only EASA EAA Chapter Active and Affiliate members can attend the Chapter Convention.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the convention
Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost if you are unable to attend. Please notify us via email with the details of the substitution.
