    On behalf of the Youth Ministry Team at Annunciation Elkins Park, I warmly welcome you and your child(ren) to this year's Youth Ministries program.

    Your children's registration below signals your commitment to having them participate in person for all classes and any asynchronous material we may offer for Catechism and Greek School.

    CATECHISM SCHOOL CLASSES begin SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th.

    GREEK SCHOOL CLASSES begin TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th.

    Ensuring children's safety is our top priority. All individuals interested in volunteering at any church-sponsored youth event must become certified youth workers. This includes obtaining necessary state and federal clearances and completing youth worker certification through the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.       As part of its youth and family ministries, Annunciation/Evangelismos may occasionally photograph or record ministry events and activities for use in church publications, promotional materials, social media, and the parish website. 

      Implied Permission: These images help share the life of our parish and celebrate the participation of our youth. In accordance with our Opt-out Policy, your child’s participation in church events implies permission for their image and/or video to be used in this way.

      Opt-Out Procedure: If you do not wish for your child’s image and/or video to be used, please downolad and fill out the 2025-2026 Photography & Video Opt-Out Form and return it to the church office. 

      *Verbal requests or informal notifications cannot be honored.

      Effective Period: This release is valid for the duration of the Ecclesiastical Year (Sept. 1-Aug. 31) unless updated or revoked in writing.
