One recurring issue for organisers is fencers entered during the last week before an event, this makes planning events difficult. What could organisers do differently to encourage / help parents/guardians enter competitions earlier. (tick all that apply)

Scottish Fencing was constituted to govern the sport of fencing and to take the lead on coordinating National Championships. Given Scottish Fencing is coordinating and governing competitions, who should take on the running of competitions?
