    This form is utilized for homeowners to make a request to have a party / gathering on the rooftop terraces.

  • Do you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations related to the Patio and Rooftop Terrace as noted in the Current Rules & Regulations? Section 6 of the Rules & Regulations is the section to be reviewed. *Rooftop All owners, residents, and their guests are entitled to the peaceful enjoyment the rooftop amenities. *Pets are permitted assuming they are under the immediate control of a capable person and are not causing a disturbance or nuisance to others. *Please be mindful of community Quiet Hours. *Owners or residents who wish to host an event of 15 individuals (not to exceed 25) must inform the property management company at least 48 hours in advance. *Owners and residents are not permitted to reserve the entire rooftop/terrace for any event. *Additionally, owners and residents shall not restrict access to the rooftop/terrace during any event. Additional expectations include:• Treat the rooftop with the same care as you would your own home.• Clean and cover the BBQ grill after each use.• Return all chairs and tables to their original configurations.• Remove trash or deposit it in receptacles provided.• Ensure all firepits are turned off when the rooftop is not in use.• Ensure all sunshades are raised when the rooftop is not in use.
