  • Thank you, for standing in truth by submitting a sworn affidavit in support of constitutional justice and John Flynn’s petition for release.

Please read carefully: Do not send your affidavit directly to any court, judge or hospital.

All affidavits must be reviewed, logged, and included in a unified constitutional package submitted weekly by John Flynn’s Next Friend. Submit your affidavit using this Jotform. This allows us to organize your testimony and ensure it is attached to the appropriate filing.

You will be contacted by the Next Friend or designated coordinator if clarification or notarization follow-up is needed. If you already have a notarized version, you may upload it here. If mailing a hard copy, send it only to the following address: Next Friend to John Flynn, 1 Pine Woods Road, North Stonington, CT.

DO NOT MAIL OR EMAIL your affidavit directly to any court, judge, or hospital. Doing so may disrupt the strategy and unity of John’s defense and constitutional challenge. If you wish to appear as a potential witness, please indicate that in your form response.

All affidavits are being prepared for submission under the principles of Constitutional Due Process, Public Testimony of Harm or Character, Federal Habeas Corpus Review, and Protection Against Wrongful Detention and Retaliation.

Together, we act lawfully and with integrity.
