  • Authorization to Release Information: I authorize Grays Harbor College to release information to the Grays Harbor College Foundation, including details regarding my financial aid status, enrollment status, and any other necessary details needed to evaluate my application for this grant.*
  • Thank You Letter: If awarded, I agree to write a thank-you letter to my grant funders. Grant awards will not be released to Grays Harbor College for disbursement through my financial aid until the thank-you letter has been received. Failure to submit the letter by the deadline will result in automatic denial of the award.*
