Child care centers in Canada are experiencing increased demand for inclusive practices, social-emotional development, and behavior support in early learning settings. This training program equips Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) with new, job-relevant skills that improve classroom quality, strengthen family relationships, and reduce turnover. This is a 52 week long training that an ECE can commit to and will include several components like trainings, workshops, on the floor coaching, classroom assessments to track and measure growth in inclusive practices. Depending on your province and the grants available, you may be able to apply for funding yourself, ask your employer to apply on your behalf, or access this training through employer sponsorship.
Foundation Phase (4 weeks): Relationship building, initial goal-setting and one action plan based on immediate need of the classroom
Growth Phases (4 weeks each): New action plans every 4 weeks One Educator can opt for 11 phases after completing the foundation phase with us You can choose to have max 10 ECEs get into Growth phase for 11 months.
This is a full year package for an individual ECE (Foundation phase + 11 Growth phases) If you would like to buy for multiple ECEs in your center, add the quantity to your order

Teaching Pyramid Model Preschool Observation Scale (TPOT) is a formal tool to track and support growth in the classroom for inclusive practices. Therefore it is recommended for for ECEs who undergo consistent coaching. TPOT is completed for one educator or classroom Includes TPOT Debrief with ECE and Operators followed by goal setting and strengthening support in the classroom

This is ideal for Supported Child Care workers who work with children one on one in child care settings This will cover Bi-weekly check ins, support with IPP goals, inclusion strategies, support with documentation if required.

Handle with Care is a simple set of strength based strategies to help parents and caregivers including ECEs to promote the mental health of young children from birth to 6 years This training is divided into 4 blocks: Block 1 - Building trust and attachment Block 2 - Building and enhancing self esteem Block 3 - Expressing Emotions Block 4 - Relationship with others The training is very flexible and can be divided into small workshops and can be spread over 3 to 6 months. Can be done with ECEs as Continuous professional development or a can become opportunity to do a joint workshop with families Contact us to check more possibilities
Format: Weekly Sessions with one family at a time We accept referrals from childcare centers for families who are looking for support with challenging behaviors. These are parent empowered, goal driven, strength based and child-focused coaching sessions
