  • Use a professional Graphic Designer to create all the files using Adobe Photoshop, as a layered file. Don't use any other software.

    Checklist of designs:

    • Your logo sized to the proper dimensions
    • The Header Image sized to the proper dimensions
    • The Main Banner (Image or Video) sized to the proper dimensions
    • Receipt Logo image sized to the proper dimensions
    • Place "Tap to order" graphic on the Main Banner, if it's a video

    Note:

    For some POS systems you'll need to add us to your POS dashboard using an email we've provided you. Please email us to let us know once you've completed this.

    Our Development Team integrates the kiosk with your POS system. This takes a minimum of 7 working days if you provide the POS access required. Keep this in mind when designing your Welcome Page and deciding on a launch date.

     

    STEP 3

    Your Jumbilin Credentials and Training

    After development and your subscription agreement is complete, you'll be emailed credentials to access the Jumbilin Admin Portal, where you can manage your kiosk(s).

    Reddie will send you tutorial videos on how to use Jumbilin Portal.

  • Important information on the design process💡

  • Welcome Page designs are normally completed in 7 working days if you provide 100% of the information required which includes:

    (a) Your company's professional logos, brand guidelines, fonts, high-resolution images, etc.

    (b) Timely feedback to approve the design.  

    Once we start working on your Welcome Page, you’ll have three (3) free edits during the design.

    After your 3 free edits are over:

    Partial design edits attract a fee of $75 per layout

    New/complete redesigns will cost you $149 per layout (if you choose a layout theme/style, we then customise it, then you change your mind and request another layout)

    Partial copy changes (up to half of the layout) cost $45 per layout

    Entire layout copy changes cost $60 per layout

    Edits to animation cost $95 per layout

    Additional layouts will cost $149 per layout (Example: You paid for one layout via the Sales Dept. but now need an additional layout)

    FYI: If you require third-party elements in your design, we'll send a separate invoice (stock images/video, etc.)
