This is primarily a sales role, focused on driving personalized content purchases through persuasive, emotionally intelligent messaging. The main objective is to connect with subscribers, encourage engagement, and promote content by adapting the communication style to match the creator's profile
This position blends digital sales, customer service, and conversational marketing in a remote, fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required, and applications are welcome from anywhere in the world.

Your primary tasks:

As a Chat Seller, you’ll be responsible for managing the account of one assigned model, ensuring all communication and content strategies align with her unique style and audience. Your tasks include:

Account Management: Handle posts, stories, mass messages, DMs, and overall brand consistency.

Sales & Negotiation: Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate creatively, and close deals through persuasive messaging.

Client Relations: Build strong emotional connections with subscribers to drive personalized content sales.

Performance Reporting: Track results, share feedback with management, and maintain accurate records.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with your team, ensuring smooth communication and ethical alignment.
Here's what we're looking for in a candidate:
- Proficiency in English at the minimum level of English B1 or higher.
- Age of 18 or older.
- Competent typing speed.
- Reliable internet connection and electricity.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Confidence in selling and organization skills.
- Personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 (or higher) and 8 GB of RAM.

Positions available & Compensation:
We currently have full-time, 10-hour positions available. You can choose to work either Monday to Friday or weekends only (Saturday and Sunday). For both options, you can choose whether to work the AM shift (7 am to 5 pm Venezuela time) or the PM shift (5 pm to 3 am Venezuela time).
You will find more information about each position and its compensation in the images below. During your first month of work at the agency, the payment scheme will differ and follow the protection scheme. In your second month, it will switch to the regular payment scheme. All payment schemes include base salary and commissions.

Recruitment Process:
- We will start with a quick screening to review your profile after you complete and submit this form.
- English interview to evaluate conversational proficiency
- After passing the interview, there will be a mandatory training week, scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday.
Training is required and lasts one week. Candidates may select the start date that best fits their availability, as new trainee sessions begin every Tuesday. You will find the training week schedule below. Make sure you are available to participate in one of our training weeks before moving forward with your application.
