Join us for an exciting Summer Cheer Camp hosted by the Kannapolis Middle School Cheerleading Team in partnership with The Hive Performance Academy, founded by two former TopCats of the Carolina Panthers! This high-energy camp is perfect for young athletes looking to learn cheers, tumbling, and team spirit from the pros. Don’t miss your chance to train with the best, build confidence, and have a blast!

Notes:
- Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing that you can dance and move around in. Please wear cheer shoes or tennis shoes.
- Bring a refillable water bottle. Snacks are welcome if you would like.

Acknowledgment, Authorization, and Waiver
This camper has my authorization to engage in the activities of the Summer Cheer Camp program hosted by KMS Cheerleading and The Hive.

I allow taking photography of this camper that can be used for The Hive portfolio or advertising.

I authorized KMS Cheerleading and The Hive to apply judgment in regards to medical assistance in the event of an accident, injury, or illness if they are unable to contact the parent/guardian. I allow them to apply first aid, medical or surgical diagnosis and treatment as necessary.

I allow KMS Cheerleading and The Hive to provide or administer the medication or supervise in self-administration.

I release KMS Cheerleading and The Hive and any of its coaches, staff, and manager for any responsibility in case of accident, illness, or injury during this camper's enrollment.
