Limitations & Responsibilities

The following items describe limitations of Premier Pools & Spas with respect to this construction project and some responsibilities of the buyer. Please initial to indicate your understanding and agreement.

Damage To The Access & Restoration Of The Access Is The Responsibility Of The Buyer*

Building Codes Differ From One Municipality To Another. Items Such As Locks For Gates, Barrier Fencing, & Pool/Door Alarms Are The Responsibility Of The Buyer.*

No Dirt Will Be Removed Or Returned After The Day Of Excavation.*

Moving The Size Shape Or Location Of Pool Will Result In Additional Decking Fees And May Delay The Start/Finish Of Your Project.*

Backyard Drainage, Grade, Finish Contour, Retaining Walls, & Any Irrigation Is The Responsibility Of The Buyer, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Contract, Or Contract Addendum.*

Payment Schedule Must Be Met To Ensure Timely Construction.*

Premier Pools & Spas Will Not Begin Excavation Until Material Selection Has Been Made. If Material Selection Has Not Been Made, Please Schedule An Appointment With Your Designer Now To Prevent Delays.*

Swimming Pool Elevation Notice

The finished elevation of the swimming pool is a critical component of the overall project and must be clearly established prior to the start of construction. The final elevation will be set # of inches* inches * the existing the existing concrete, mud sill etc. *

Proper pool elevation directly impacts decking alignment and yard drainage. An incorrect elevation can lead to significant issues with water runoff, structural compatibility, and the long-term performance of the deck and landscape.

If decking is not included in your contract with Premier Pools & Spas, your selected decking contractor is required to meet on-site with a Premier Pools & Spas representative prior to the start of construction to confirm and coordinate the proper finished elevation. This meeting ensures all parties are aligned to prevent future conflicts or costly rework.

**Failure to coordinate elevations may result in misaligned decking or drainage problems, for which Premier Pools & Spas cannot be held responsible.**
