2026 MEMBERSHIP DUES FORM - GOLDEN/DIAMOND LIFETIME MEMBERS

This form may be used for all payment types (mailed or online). Online payments are subject to transaction fees.

Dues are Payable July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025 for the Fiscal Year January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.

The Chapter will begin collecting 2026 dues on July 1, 2025. Late fees do not apply to Lifetime members.

Reinstatement fees will be imposed after December 15, 2025. Reinstatement fees do not apply to Lifetime members.
