2026 MEMBERSHIP DUES FORM - REGULAR MEMBER RENEWAL

This form may be used for all payment types (mailed or online). Online payments are subject to transaction fees.

Dues are Payable July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025 for the Fiscal Year January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.

The Chapter will begin collecting 2026 dues on July 1. Late fees will apply after September 30th to allow dues and fees to be submitted by the National deadline of October 15th. Update: National deadline has been extended to October 30th. Chapter late fee date has been extended to October 20th.

Reinstatement fees will be imposed after December 15, 2025.
