  • Please ensure you choose the time you require access - for example, if your event starts at 1pm but you require access at 12pm, please ensure you choose 12pm as your start time. 

    Finish time can be no later than 11.30pm - THIS INCLUDES THE TIME YOU WILL BE LEAVING THE HALL

  • Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee your event, the booking clerk has the right to refuse any booking for any reason. Only once the invoice has been sent, and a deposit received will your space be reserved. Full payment is due at least 28 days before your event.

    After submitting this form, the booking clerk will be in touch with you by e-mail with an invoice.  A deposit of 50% of the hire fee is payable within 7 days of requesting the booking.

    Please note that your booking date will not be secured unless the deposit is paid within 7 days
