    By purchasing or booking personal training sessions, you agree to the following:
  • 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

    Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged in full.

     2. Late Arrival Policy

    If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session use/fee applies regardless of how much time remains.

    3. No Refunds

    All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, cancellations outside the allowed window, or changes in availability.

    4. Health & Responsibility

    You are responsible for informing the trainer of any injuries or medical conditions.

    5. Session Expiry

    Packages must be used within the stated time frame of 3 months. Expired sessions will not be refunded or extended, unless agreed by myself (the trainer).
