LEAGUE BOUNDARY RESTRICTIONS

Residents of Lake Elsinore and Wildomar zip codes are automatically eligible to register into EVB only, all other zip codes in the area are automatically eligible to register into MPB only. Players registered in the Spring-2025 season will be "grandfathered in" and may continue to play in that same league for as long as they stay in that league by completing this request form.

Menifee Pony Baseball (MPB) and Elsinore Valley Baseball (EVB) will be operated together and with the same rates, rules and requirements.

YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY BEFORE WE CAN TRANSFER

Register into the league of your zip code boundaries, including making full payment or have started a payment plan. Then complete this form and we will respond to you within 48 hours. If approved, we'll start the transfer process and email you with confirmation. If we have any questions we'll also contact you by email.

MPB/EVB reserves the right to require proof of residency at any time. If found to be using false information, your registration could be canceled without refund at any time.
