  • I, fully understand that my participation in the Art on the Green exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the EVENT and agree to assume any such risks.

    In consideration for participating in the EVENT, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the Carlsbad-Oceanside Art League (hereafter “COAL” and the Grand Pacific Resort Services, L.P., 5900 Pasteur Court, Carlsbad, CA, and their officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any, and all claims, cost liabilities, expenses, or judgments including attorney’s fees and court costs arising out of my participation in the EVENT, resulting in illness, injury, death, damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the EVENT from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of COAL, and Grand Pacific Resort Services, L.P or any other participants in the EVENT. I understand that if I or anyone else is injured, this waiver will be used against me.

    I agree that pictures/videos taken during the EVENT may be used for future promotional purposes. I also understand that no employee or agent is authorized to modify this waiver.


    I have carefully read this  Release, Hold Harmless and Agreement not to Sue and fully understand it's contents, and am acknowledging this of my own free will.
