Words Of Encouragement
We work best when we work together, in unity, not just with hands, but with our words. If you see someone doing something great—tell them! Cheer them on!!
We’re building more than just a co-op—we’re building a culture of support, kindness, and joy. If you hear talk that is contrary to this, just say, “W.O.E.”
It stands for Words Of Encouragement. It is such a great reminder!
COACH Homeschool Leadership Unity & Communication Policy
At COACH Homeschool, we believe in fostering a culture of unity, respect, and teamwork—especially among those in leadership roles. As representatives of this organization, leadership team members set the tone for our entire community. To preserve a positive and collaborative environment, we have established the following policy regarding communication about policies, procedures, and leadership:
Policy on Leadership Communication & Conduct
Positive Communication
Leadership team members are expected to speak positively and respectfully about COACH Homeschool’s policies, procedures, leadership decisions, and overall operations. Any form of negative talk—including questioning or criticizing these matters in casual conversation—is considered gossip and will not be tolerated.
No Tolerance for Divisive Talk
Any comments, no matter how small, that undermine unity or sow seeds of division among the team or the broader community will be grounds for immediate removal from your leadership role.
Proper Channel for Feedback
We understand that questions or concerns may arise. If you have constructive feedback, questions, or suggestions regarding COACH Homeschool’s operations, we welcome open dialogue—but through the appropriate channel.
Please email mckinney@coachhomeschool.org to request a private conversation with leadership. We are committed to listening and improving while maintaining a spirit of unity.
Our Core Principle
We work together as a team, not in opposition. Unity in communication is essential for a healthy, effective, and God-honoring organization.
