Not all items will apply, and there may be additional details unique to your situation that aren't covered here. This is simply a helpful starting point for discussion. If you already have consented plans, some questions may not be relevant.
What type of home do you envisage and what are your overall project aims? Example response:"We’re envisioning a warm, inviting home with lots of natural light, open-plan living and easy flow to outdoor spaces. It’s our forever home, so we want it to be functional as our family grows, but also feel like a place we can entertain. Sustainability is important to us, so good insulation and energy efficiency are priorities. Budget is a factor, so we want to be smart about where to save and where to invest."
