Manuscript ReviewGet a full, chapter, or first 50 pages manuscript review for $0.04 per word. Receive a detailed manuscript evaluation letter and a half-hour live Zoom chat with your reviewer following the process. Please allow one to two weeks for review once your appointment has been confirmed. The total for services will be calculated upon receipt of the manuscript. A pay link will be provided. Manuscripts 10,000 words or fewer must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. A payment plan is available for larger works. The $65 consultation fee covers your one-hour conversation at the beginning of the work and a half-hour follow-up following the evaluation. (The time distribution is interchangeable.)

Book Cover Design Initial Payment (total amount is $750)Books are judged by their covers. Hire a professional book cover designer for your book baby. Yellow Ink Publishing only uses original art and images for design concepts. Absolutely nothing will be generated for your design using AI. If you book another service through Yellow Ink in addition to your book cover design, a draft of back cover copy will be provided to you gratis. Note that after paying the initial $150 to secure your spot, upon commencement of the project, half of the remaining $600 balance for book cover design services is due. The other half will be requested when the design is complete and the author is satisfied with the design. The file will be returned to the author upon receipt of payment.

Technical Writing SupportGet writing, editing, design, and / or consulting support for your business and technical writing needs. Services include and are not limited to resumes, grant applications, web copy, content marketing copy, advertisements, brochures, etc. Design services are also available. Prices vary based on the scope and needs of the project. After you select this product and checkout, a representative from Yellow Ink Publishing will be in touch to further discuss your needs. Please describe your project in the description field and upload any supplementary documents you feel are necessary. If there is a budget cap on your project, please indicate it in the description field. Per word rates for writing rates will be in congruence with based on the published industry standards. Depending on the services you choose, your $65 consultation fee will be applied toward the total of the services provided.

Select a time for your experience (*for coaching clients only). Appointments for other services will be scheduled separately. Note all time formats are in half hour intervals. If you purchase a 60-minute session, the full hour from your initial selection will be blocked for you.*

Write a brief description of the specific aims you have for this appointment and what you hope to accomplish. If you are local to Mobile, Alabama and prefer in-person services, please indicate such in the description field, and Yellow Ink will follow up within 24 hours to advise on the meeting location.*

For author services (coaching or manuscript review), please upload a Word file (.doc / .docx) of your work in progress. Coaching clients, only upload a file only if there is a specific piece of writing you’d like to review.

Terms and conditions

All sales are final. Payments (full or partial depending on the product) must be completed successfully to retain calender reservations. By signing, clients acknowledge their understanding that once they are on the calendar, refunds for a change of mind or a missed appointment cannot be provided.

It is understood that Yellow Ink Publishing Company, LLC reserves the right to decline work for any reason. In such instances, a full refund will be provided.

If services are canceled or rescheduled by Yellow Ink Publishing Company, LLC and a client cannot be accommodated with a rescheduled appointment, a full refund will be provided.

Fees for services are non-negotiable. Yellow Ink Publishing Company, LLC reserves the right to change prices for future services but will not in any way alter costs of services once they are booked regardless of a client's placement on the calendar.

It is understood that once a client is on the calendar, they are entitled to change their appointment to a later date and acknowledges this may place their work behind other clients.

Coaching clients wishing to book in-person services understand they are required to do soin the description field. In-person clients understand appointments are held in Mobile, Alabama at a location designated by the publisher / coach.

By signing, clients acknowledge their responsiblity in communicating questions, concerns, or any disatisfaction with the publisher / coach before the work is complete. Clients who change the scope of work during the project may be assessed a fee for the work to continue. Should the client choose not to continue work, the project will be returned in its condition at the time of the dissolution of services. No refunds will be be provided.

A letter of agreement (LOA) will be provided to define the scope of work for clients seeking services other than coaching.

Yellow Ink Publishing Company, LLC does not retain rights to any client work including for ghostwriting services.
