This contract is between Buyer as listed above and AZ Cavapoos referrred to as Seller.
Health
Puppy is found to be in good health to the best knowledge of Seller. The puppy has been vet checked and is clear. Puppy has all vaccinations and dewormings up to date. It is Buyers responsibility to complete vaccinations and dewormings. The puppy can not go to parks, stores or public areas until all vaccinations are complete, generally around 16 weeks old. This is a health issue as these areas can be contaminated with diseases your puppy is not safe from untill shots are complete. Puppy should not be hiking, running, long walks or traveling up and down stair cases as this can cause hip problems in the future as their joints are not fully developed yet. It is advised once all shots are complete puppy can walk for about 5 minutes per month old.
Health Guarantee
*Once Buyer has obtained puppy the Buyer has 48 hours to have the puppy health checked by a licensed Vet. If anything is found it needs to be reported immediately to the Seller. If vet check is not complete is voids all guarantees.
*We take pride in providing healthy puppies by screening all of our parents. Puppies come with a 2 year genetic guarantee against all life threatening genetic diseases.
*Puppies come with a 1 year guarantee against hip dysplasia. Written documentation and xrays must be submitted by a licensed vet.
*Breeder can not guarantee size or color of puppy but provide an estimate based off of knowledge.
*Puppy has vaccinations and dewormings up to date upon delivery.
*We can't guarantee food allergies, worms, coccidia, or any other parasite.
*Health contract is void if Lepto and/or flea tick meds are given.
Breeding- ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD ON A STRICT SPAY & NEUTER CONTRACT- said dog is to be neutered or spayed by the time they reach 12 months of age and documentation provided to breeder.
Ownership Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to the following:
-Maintain a humane environment and properly care for the puppy.
-Properly license, vaccinate (rabies, parvo, distemper and other diseases).
-Feed quality food and properly exercise puppy.
-Warranty is with original buyer.
