I understand that the consultation provided by The New Crossings Company LLC ("New Crossings") is non-clinical, peer-based support. It does not constitute, nor should it be considered a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Confidentiality

I understand that what I share during the consultation will be kept confidential by New Crossings, except in the following circumstances:

• I provide explicit permission to share specific information.
• Disclosure is required by law (e.g., in cases of imminent harm, abuse, or a court order). 

I also agree to keep information shared by any representative of New Crossings during the consultation confidential, and I will not share, post, or distribute this information publicly or privately without prior written permission from New Crossings.

3. Respectful Conduct

I agree to engage in the consultation respectfully and constructively. I will not engage in harassment, defamatory speech, or harmful behavior—whether during or after the consultation, in person, online, or through other means.

I acknowledge that if I engage in any form of harassment, defamation, or related misconduct against New Crossings or any of its representatives, New Crossings reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action, including but not limited to claims of defamation, harassment, or intentional infliction of emotional distress.

4. Acknowledgement and Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years of age and legally able to consent to this consultation.
• I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
• I acknowledge that this agreement is intended to protect the integrity, safety, and confidentiality of the consultation process for all parties involved.
