Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
I understand that the use of a sauna involves potential risks including, but not limited to:
- Dehydration
- Dizziness or fainting
- Increased heart rate or blood pressure
- Burns from hot surfaces
- Aggravation of pre-existing medica conditions
I certify that I am physically capable and medically fit to use the sauna. I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult a physician prior to using the sauna, especially if I am pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, or am taking medication.
Rules and Guildelines
I agree to adhere to the following rules:
- Use the sauna for no more than 15-30 minutes at a time.
- Remain hydrated before and after sauna use.
- Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Exit the sauna immediately if I feel lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell.
Waiver and Release
In consideration for being permitted to use the sauna, I, the undersigned, voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Redemption Boot Camp, LLC. and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur from the use of the sauna, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand and agree that this waiver is binding upon my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
I have read this waiver and understand its terms. I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
