This form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for any player under the age of 18.

Please refer to the size chart below to ensure correct uniform size is ordered. Sizes cannot be amended once orders have been submitted to our vendor. QNRL will not be responsible for the incorrect uniform size submitted. 

2026 Fee Structure

For families(*reside in same household) that have more then 1x child/player representing Niue, QNRL will offer a reduced fee. Please refer to the fee structure below. 

Please note, this applies to FAMILIES ONLY, where proof of same parent(s) may be required to verify. 

Juniors:

1 x player: $185.00 

Seniors/International:

1 x player: $220.00

x2 or more players a 10% discount off the total amount

eg: x2 junior players - $370-10%= $333

      x2 junior players x1 senior player - $590-10%=$531
