2026-2027 PFO season - New Teen Interest Form

Also, receive information on upcoming events/opportunities to experience PFO in person and meet some of the current teens in the program.

Important application/interview information:

Applications for PFO only happen once per year/season (PFO season is Aug-April). Applications for the next PFO season will open on May 1st, 2026, and close on May 15th, 2026. There are a limited number of slots available for the 2026-2027 season; therefore, applications are subject to close before May 15th. We highly encourage you to apply when applications open.

New Teen Interviews for the 2026-2027 season will be in person on Saturday June 6th (10am - 12pm) and Sunday the 7th. (1:30pm - 5pm) Interview times will be assigned once applications are submitted. Please reserve these dates/times as in-person interviews are required.

Important information (Please review)

If you are accepted into PFO next season, please note that attending the annual retreat in full is mandatory for new teens in the program. We highly recommend that you go ahead and block off the annual retreat dates on your calendar, as there are no exceptions to this requirement.

2026-2027 PFO Season Annual Retreat dates:

Sunday - August 9th - Packet pick up (5 pm - 6 pm)

Wednesday - August 12th (4:30 pm - 9 pm)

Thursday - August 13th (4:30 pm - 9 pm)

Friday - August 14th (4:30 pm - 9 pm)

Saturday - August 15th (3 pm - 9 pm)

Sunday - August 16th (1 pm - 4 pm)
