Hey!
We love to keep things light and fun in our group chat, but it’s super important that we create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. To ensure everyone feels comfortable, please avoid humor that singles people out or includes overly offensive language.
bullying, harassment, or sensitive topics like reproductive rights.
We want to ensure that no one feels uncomfortable or offended, especially our new crew members. So, let’s all agree to keep our conversations respectful and enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for understanding and following these guidelines! If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the ranking members.
Let’s keep the good vibes going!
We want to keep our community positive and enjoyable, so here are some important guidelines to follow:
Guidlines
- Zero Tolerance for Drama and Bullying: If you have any issues with another member, please reach out to someone in the chain of command for help.
- No Drinking and Driving: This is a serious matter. Anyone caught drinking and driving will be removed from Sokudo Empire immediately.
- No Multi Bannering: While sponsors are welcome, please refrain from multi-bannering.
- Mandatory Events: We have one mandatory event at the end of each month (subject to change), along with one mandatory meeting each month.
- Respect Each Other: Let’s treat our peers with kindness and respect.
- No Takeover Behavior: We want to maintain a friendly atmosphere, so please avoid any takeover antics.
- No Reckless Driving: Activities like burnouts, donuts, or drifting at meets or on the streets are not tolerated.
- At Sokudo Empire, we pride ourselves on being a family-style club where everyone has each other’s backs. It’s all about support and camaraderie!
We follow Robert’s Rules of Order to ensure that every member has a voice in our club. The only person who has the final say in decisions is Nate. Here’s a brief overview of how we operate:
Chain of Command
If you have an issue, please address it in the following order. If your concern isn’t resolved, feel free to move up to the next rank:
First Point of Contact: Tyler (Toastie)
Next Rank Up: Renee
Final Resolution: Nate
Formation Rules While Cruising
When we’re cruising, it’s important to maintain our formation for safety and cohesion. Please remember that changing positions is not allowed unless you’re in the Road Captain or Rear Guard positions. If you’re caught passing another member outside of these roles, it could lead to some issues.
Let’s keep our rides smooth and enjoyable by sticking together! Thanks for your cooperation!
Banner Purchase Information
The cost for the OG banner is $30, and you’ll be responsible for purchasing your own. If you’re interested in a custom banner, Jae can create one for you! Custom banners are priced at $40, plus Jae’s fee for customization.
Once your banner is made, you have 7 days to meet with either Nate or Jae for installation. It’s important to get this done within that timeframe. If the banner is damaged due to improper installation by someone other than Nate or Jae, or if it’s left sitting around, you’ll need to repurchase it.
Thanks for your understanding, and let’s make sure our banners look great!
Leadership Guidelines
In our club, no position is set in stone, except for the Founder. All titled positions can be changed through a majority vote if necessary.
If you have a concern regarding a ranking member, that’s the only time you can bring it directly to the Founder. For any issues with other members, please follow the chain of command:
Other Leadership Roles Jae, Joselyn, Toastie, Tanz, Shemar, & Chris
Vice President (VP) Renee
President (P) Nate
Founder Nate
Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and organized environment!
