SySTEM Engineering Enrichment M-F 3:30PM - 4:30PM (Only $7 a Class!)Ignite curiosity and build 21st-century skills in our hands-on Engineering Enrichment Hour, offered each weekday from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. Designed for students ages 8–12, this dynamic session explores the exciting world of engineering through weekly challenges and projects across multiple disciplines—including optical, mechanical, environmental, and agricultural engineering. Students learn to think like engineers as they design, test, and problem-solve in real-world contexts while strengthening math and reading comprehension skills through integrated, literacy-rich STEM activities. Each quarter brings fresh themes, collaborative builds, and opportunities to boost academic confidence—all in a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment.

Saturday Science Enrichment 9AM to 11AMGive your child a boost in science with our engaging Saturday Science Enrichment program! Designed to reinforce Florida Science Standards, each Saturday workshop focuses on a different elementary and middle school science benchmarks—helping students build a strong foundation in key concepts through hands-on, inquiry-based activities. From exploring life cycles and energy transfer to weather patterns and the scientific method, students will investigate real-world phenomena in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for learners who need extra support or want to deepen their science understanding beyond the classroom. This experience is designed for students in grades 5-9. TV Production/ Media Arts/ Content 5:00 - 7:00 T/THThe SySTEM Ed TV Production & Digital Media Lab empowers students to become creative storytellers, critical thinkers, and media innovators. Rooted in SySTEM Education’s systems-thinking and sustainability framework and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, this hands-on course integrates technology, communication, engineering design, and the arts through real-world media production. Students explore the full production cycle including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound, editing, broadcasting, and distribution. Learners work in collaborative studio teams to produce original content such as news segments, documentaries, commercials, educational programming, podcasts, and digital campaigns that address community issues and environmental stewardship.
