    The Stewart Foundation (TSF) is a 501c3 non-profit organization with a primary mission to develop youth Leaders of tomorrow’s (L.O.T.) whole minds, bodies, and souls. Our enriching youth development and leadership programs empower young individuals by providing them with essential life skills.

    With a strong focus on health and financial wellness, community service, and educational development, our programs take a holistic approach to youth empowerment. We equip participants with project management skills and cultivate leadership qualities such as communication, organization, and strategic planning. TSF provides a strong foundation for personal and professional growth while working to bridge gaps, elevate dreams, and create equal opportunities for success-particularly for those facing socioeconomic challenges.

    Volunteer Policies and Information
    Age Requirements
    ● Volunteers must be 10 years or older.
    ● Volunteers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Volunteer Project Assignment
    ● The Volunteer Coordinator (or designated representative) will assign projects or events based on project’s requirements and your skills/interest.
    ● Group volunteers must designate a lead representative to meet with the Volunteer Coordinator before the event (either in person or via Zoom).

    Waivers
    ● Signed confidentiality, liability, and photo release waivers are required before volunteering.
    ● For minors, a parent or guardian must complete waivers for each child under 18-years of age.

    Conduct
    ● TSF maintains a tobacco- and alcohol-free environment, including all program sites, residential homes and administrative offices.

    Dress Code
    ● Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for active participation.
    ● Depending on the event, closed-toe shoes may be required for safety and weather protection.

    Photos
    ● Photos may be taken during TSF events/training for use in social media and marketing materials.
    ● All volunteers must sign a photo release form.

    Confidentiality
    ● Volunteers must respect the confidentiality of children and staff information, especially when volunteering near children.
    ● A confidentiality agreement must be signed before participating.
