American Foundry Society Wisconsin Chapter Scholarship Application Form
The purpose of this fund is to:

1. Establish or finance scholarships, and/or incentives and awards.

2. To financially assist AFS Wisconsin Chapter members' children and/or young people interested in a career in the metalcasting industry.

3. To enhance the workforce of the companies within the Wisconsin Chapter of AFS.

Who is qualified:

1. Students, groups and schools generally outside the scope of traditional scholarship support.

2. Used exclusively within the membership area of the AFS Wisconsin Chapter.

When and How:

1. AFS Wisconsin Chapter Scholarship Committee to distribute chapter funds directly to individuals for education and support.

2. Applications are due December 15th.

3. Applications will be reviewed, and awards made at the Regional Conference and Exposition, in February.
