    Important Guidelines:

    First come, first served. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.
    Only one vendor per category will be accepted (two max if items are distinctly different).
    Please do not apply unless you are payment-ready. Once approved, your payment will be processed immediately and deducted from your account.


    Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
    Vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the event. No early breakdowns. If you need to leave early due to an emergency, please notify us in advance.
    Vendors must provide their own setup: canopy, tables, chairs, and any display needs.
    Parking may be limited and at a distance—please bring a wagon or cart to transport your items.We will notify selected vendors via email and/or Instagram DMs. Be sure to check your requests folder if you don’t see a message.

    In case of weather concerns, the event may be moved indoors. We will notify vendors with as much notice as possible.

                    10x10 Space- This booth is for makers, artisans, and small businesses selling handmade or original products. You must provide your own canopy, table(s), chair(s), and any display items. All items and displays must stay within your designated space.

                    As part of our commitment to uplifting the next generation of entrepreneurs, we’re offering free vendor booth spaces for youth (ages 7 to 17) at this event. This is a great opportunity for young creatives, makers, and hustlers to showcase their talents, sell their products, and gain real-world business experience — all in a supportive, community-focused space.

                    10x10 Space-  Must engage attendees with a free activity, informational display, or giveaway (no cost to the public). This is a great opportunity to share your mission, connect with the community, and offer a fun, interactive element that aligns with your cause.

                    If you plan to share a booth with another vendor, You must list the name and business of the person you are sharing with on your application. Both vendors must be approved, and all items must fit within one 10x10 space.

A valid Solano County Health Permit is required for the sale or sampling of food and beverages. Please attach a copy of your current health permit with this application.
