We, the undersigned, have received and fully understand the Silver Mill "Construction and Remodeling policy" dated July 1, 2018. We would like to request approval by the Silver Mill Board of Directors (or managing agent) to complete interior upgrades and improvements to our condo unit. We understand a "Damage Deposit" check may be required with this submitted request form and will be held until the completion of the remodel project. Any cost for damages caused to the common or limited common elements will be withheld from the damage deposit.
