I agree to release and hold harmless Akira Animal Rescue and its members from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from the care or actions of the foster dog while in my care.

I give permission for Akira Animal Rescue to contact my references and conduct a home visit as part of approval.

I will follow all care, training, and veterinary instructions from the rescue.

I understand all foster dogs remain the property of Akira Animal Rescue, and foster-to-adopt is not allowed.

I agree to keep the dog indoors as part of my household and will not leave the dog outside or confined for long periods without supervision and exercise.

I will not rehome, adopt out, or transfer the dog to anyone else.

I will not introduce any additional dogs, cats, or pets into my home during the foster period without prior written approval from Akira Animal Rescue

I will notify the rescue if any issues arise.

If I cannot continue fostering, I will return the dog to Akira Animal Rescue as soon as possible.
