Help take family photos, give out print photos, or host guests when entering or exiting.
Helped interpret for guests and volunteers throughout the event at different locations and stations.
Help gather stories by walking around the event and interviewing people in the role of the interview or video maker.

Help keep direct traffic and parking, or ensure the safety and crowd management, ensuring guests have the best experience.

Help restock and distribute clothing to families by assisting them in finding the correct sizes or items.
Help with basic first aid skills if needed. You must have first aid training and/or a medical license.
Help keep the event clean and welcoming by ensuring the space is both clean and trash-free, keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked for guests and volunteers.
