    Friday 4:00pm - 9:00 pm (Indoor Vendors ONLY)

    Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

    Thank you for your interest in joining us for Potlatch 2025! We strive to support the small business owner, by creating an environment of fun and fellowship to cultivate community for all ages. This year we have implemented an application process for food vendors in hopes it creates a more dynamic Potlatch where all Vendors can be successful.
    There are limited spaces available for application. Any application received after the capacity of market is reached, will be place on a wait list. All applications are subject to review and acceptance by market committee. Application does not guarantee vendor acceptance. Please do not mail/turn in a fee until your application has been accepted.
    Food vendors must have proper food handling credentials, collect or remit sales tax per state guidelines and applicable required fire suppression / food truck / booth equipment.
    The Potlatch Committee will review all applications and contact prospective vendors with further details and instructions by email. Committee reserves the right to refuse any application.
    We appreciate you and look forward to a great year! Please note, the hours have changed to better serve guests and vendors.

    I certify that I have read the instructions, terms and conditions of Potlatch. By signing this application, I agree to and abide by the rules as stated above. Also, I will not hold Potlatch, or volunteers responsible for any claim of property damage and/or personal injury while participating at Potlatch.

    Checks are accepted, payable to: POTLATCH (Upon application acceptance) 300 W Panola, Carthage TX 75633.

    Payments are due within 14 business days of application approval. After the 14th day, we will go to the next vendor on the list. Sign-ups and fees will be accepted until all spots are filled. Spots are not secured until all fees are paid.
