• Food Pantry Resources
• Hygiene Kit Distribution
• Family Fun Activities & Music
• Snacks & Refreshments

To help us coordinate the flow of attendees and ensure meaningful engagement at each booth, please estimate:

How much time (on average) do you anticipate needing to engage with each guest or family to provide services, information, or sign-ups?

This information will be used to organize timed registration waves and avoid crowding.

• Vendor Arrival & Setup Time: Please arrive between 8:30 AM and 9:15 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 9:30 AM.
  Booth Assignments:
• Booth spaces will be pre-assigned and shared via email prior to the event. Final layout is at the discretion of Helping Hands America Inc.
• Faith-Based Participation Disclaimer: Helping Hands America Inc. is not a faith-based organization, and no religious activity is required to participate in this event.
