The VIU Students' Union is seeking sponsorships for the 2025 FROSH Week at Vancouver Island University. This package will discuss the available sponsorship opportunities along with several other orientation events for new students with opportunities for vendor engagement. Including Welcome Week and the VIU Student Housing Move-In days!

The parties agree to the following:

Payment from successful applicants may be made in advance or within 30 days of receiving an invoice from the Vancouver Island University Students’ Union.

This agreement only covers the aforementioned marketing opportunities, booking of space, and any other items agreed to in advance by both parties.

The named business/organization agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Vancouver Island University Students‘ Union and Vancouver Island University of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to the organizations/businesses activities on the VIU Nanaimo Campus as part of this agreement.
